This project entailed the stripping out of run down offices in the centre of Douglas to convert into a vibrant public house in a busy area of the town centre.

The internal space was adjusted to meet the needs of the client, while taking into consideration the structural integrity of the building itself. Electrical and plumbing services were updated and extensive joinery work was used to create permanent fixtures in the bar.
