Nothing. There is no charge for our quotation service and no obligation to use our services.
Our quotes are broken down and itemised and therefore easy to read and understand. They are prepared as accurately as possible, based on information available at the time, using the services of qualified quantity surveyors. Whilst on occasion additional work may be identified once the project is underway NO additional work will be carried out without prior consultation and your agreement.
This is dependent on the type of work being undertaken. However, we can provide you with estimated timescales (subject to weather conditions) based on information available at the time.
Yes, as follows:
- 0% VAT on newbuild houses
- 5% VAT on all renovations repairs and extensions
- 20% VAT for commercial work for VAT registered companies
There are exceptions for vat exempt organisations.
We pride ourselves on our level of customer service and after sales service. All of our employees adhere to our high customer service standards, at all times. Each of our teams is managed by either a supervisor or site manager (dependent on the size of the job).
All our work comes complete with a full guarantee appropriate to the project.
