Summary

This period terraced property was in an extremely neglected condition and required gutting before its transformation into light modern apartments.

The layout of the original property was altered to maximise square footage available and create modern living spaces. New electrics and plumbing was installed throughout. New windows, kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems and flooring were also installed.

Original features, such as the plaster mouldings and the front door were retained where possible and restored as necessary and paintwork ande new accessories such as lighting were a balanced combination of contemporary and period to ensure the original character of the property could still be felt.

Attention was also paid to the exterior of the property which was restored where necessary and painted. New outside areas were created including a garden, bike shed and parking area.
