The project entailed both interior and exterior renovations. On the exterior this required repair to and addition of some period features, combined with bold contrasting paintwork the original character of the property was enhansed.

Inside, extensive work was undertaken to maximise the space available: rooms were opened up and ceilings removed to expose rafters and replastered to create a vaulted ceiling. Finally a new kitchen modern appliances were installed, completing the updates to the property.
