This property has the good fortune of being located on stunning coastline on the east side of the Island, with panoramic views out across the bay and beyond. The family wished to open up existing rooms and extend the property to create a larger living area, increase natural light and take advantage of the amazing view. Having had plans drawn up by a local architect the clients chose Elliott Construction to undertake their building project. This contemporary, flat roof design incorporated the use of wood cladding, large landscape windows and patio doors as well as a new outdoor area with a glass balustrade.
